While discussing recipes with Prizm, we got excited about using the same base hops for both the Pale Ale and the IPA (think Motueka, Citra, and Simcoe), blending New Zealand and US hops to work together with our Verdant yeast.\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan data-sleek-node-id=\"7Nj5b8\"\u003eFor the IPA, we used NZH-101 on the cold side for a more limey, tropical, and deeply dank hop saturation. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-sleek-node-id=\"wwjSGU\"\u003ePrizm Brewing Co are one of France’s most exciting new breweries, located in Vendargues (Herault), just outside Montpellier. Born in 2020, they quickly earned a reputation as one of the country’s top-rated microbreweries. Their approach combines research and experimentation, community engagement, and creative culture—pushing the boundaries of brewing while staying rooted in art, music, and collaboration. It all feels very Verdant!
