For our first-ever collab with them, we’ve created a DIPA bursting with fruit character and dank pungency. It’s loaded with Mosaic, Nectaron, and Eclipse hops, plus a cheeky hit of passion fruit purée added during fermentation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-sleek-node-id=\"n4BWdi\"\u003eWe don’t usually play with fruit adjuncts in our beers, but chatting with Henok, Omnipollo’s founder, about how they use fruit to elevate flavour was seriously inspiring.
